Put your hands and arms up to get sliced or skewered? Even if you are paying attention to the balls and broken bats, how do you protect yourself from the shrapnel? Move and let the next bloke get hit or pinioned to their seat with a big toothpick? It should not matter that the Dodgers, or whatever team, posts/prints the warning notice.
